It is of paramount importance to us that we always put your best interests first.

We want to help you make unhurried, informed decisions about your care and medical and surgical treatments. We understand how busy you and all our patients are and it is important to us that we always see our patients on time. Out of courtesy to everyone we expect you to attend on time.

We want you to enjoy and value attending our clinic. We feel time and high quality facilities are very important and we invest in both. We continually strive to improve all aspects of the care we offer. Our fees are related to providing and developing these levels of service. We do not want our levels of service dictated by the level of insurance company remunerations and so we ask you to understand our financial relationship is with you.



We will encourage you to complain if you feel we have let you down.

We greatly value the relationship we have with
you and consider mutual courtesy and respect fundamental in caring for you. We do not wish see patients who do not share our values. We greatly enjoy caring for patients who do share our values.

We consider it a privilege to ask patients with
whom we have developed a strong doctor-patient relationship to recommend us to others like themselves whom we could also help.
